About the Company

A fast-growing international company in the iGaming industry is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take full ownership of the financial function and play a decisive role in the company’s continued expansion. Operating across multiple markets, the company is known for its advanced technology, player-centric approach, and data-driven growth. The CFO will join an experienced leadership team and directly influence both operational efficiency and strategic direction.

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on, business-oriented financial leader with proven experience in the iGaming sector. You’ll be deeply involved in day-to-day financial operations — managing payments, multi-entity reporting, and cross-border compliance — while also shaping long-term business strategy and supporting growth. The CFO will act as a key advisor to the CEO and management team, ensuring transparent financial governance and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow control. – Oversee financial operations and teams handling accruals, settlements, and payments. – Optimize relationships with payment providers, acquiring partners, and financial institutions. – Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. – Design and implement efficient reporting, planning, and forecasting frameworks. – Partner with the CEO and leadership team on business planning, performance monitoring, and strategic investments. – Introduce best practices in automation, risk management, and cost control.

Candidate Profile

– Mandatory experience in the iGaming industry — ideally in a senior financial role (CFO, Deputy CFO, or Head of Finance). – Deep understanding of iGaming-specific financial processes, including PSP management, multi-entity structures, and international settlements. – Strong operational mindset — a proactive, “hands-on” leader who understands both numbers and business impact. – Excellent knowledge of accounting and reporting systems (1C, Xero, Excel, etc.) and payment infrastructure. – Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to influence top-level decisions. – Fluent English (C1 or higher) — daily communication with international teams. – Russian will be considered an advantage. – Integrity, adaptability, and collaborative leadership style.

Compensation & Benefits
