About the Company: On behalf of our client, a fast - growing and innovative company in the iGaming industry, we are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take full ownership of the company’s financial function and play a decisive role in its continued expansion. The Role: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will take full responsibility for the company’s financial strategy and performance, partnering with the CEO and leadership team to drive sustainable growth. You will lead all core financial functions — including planning, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and strategic investment — ensuring the company’s financial strength and long-term value creation. This is a pivotal leadership role within a fast-paced international organization, where you’ll shape financial direction and directly influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow control. • Develop and implement financial strategies that support profitability and business growth. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements across multiple jurisdictions. • Manage banking relationships, payment structures, and financial operations in coordination with external partners. • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and investment planning. • Establish strong internal controls, reporting frameworks, and scalable financial processes. • Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on business planning, risk management, and performance optimization. • Prepare the company for future scaling, including process automation and team development.

Requirements: • Proven experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Manager within the iGaming, fintech or payments, • Strong understanding of multi-jurisdictional finance, regulatory compliance, and taxation. • Expertise in financial planning, analysis, and cash flow management. • Proficiency with modern financial systems and reporting tools. • Strategic thinker with a proactive, detail-oriented approach. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); any other language will be considered an advantage.
