Our customer is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up based in Belgium, recognized three times in Deloitte’s Fast 50 ranking of the country’s most promising technology companies. They provide an innovative platform that enables organizations to create online assessments and automatically generate personalized reports. The product is used in over 56 countries, serving major global brands such as AstraZeneca, Capgemini, Deloitte, and BNP Paribas. To support ongoing product growth and innovation, the company is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join their distributed engineering team.

What You’ll Do • Contribute to the development of a SaaS platform (both front-end and back-end) • Design, implement, and optimize new product features and API endpoints • Maintain and improve existing functionality with a focus on performance and scalability • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality solutions • Participate in code reviews, enforce best practices, and improve testing coverage (Cypress, Protractor, etc.) • Take ownership of technical components and actively contribute to architecture and design decisions • Continuously explore and adopt new technologies and tools to enhance the platform’s capabilities What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer (3+ years) • Strong knowledge of PHP (Laravel) and modern JavaScript frameworks (experience in at least two of Angular, VueJS, BackboneJS) • Understanding of RESTful API design, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows • Experience with E2E testing frameworks such as Cypress or Protractor • Proficient with Git (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews) • Familiarity with MySQL, AWS, Docker, and serverless architectures is a plus • Analytical mindset, clean coding principles (DRY, maintainability), and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in small, autonomous teams • Fluent in English, both written and spoken What We Offer • Long-term collaboration with a growing, product-driven SaaS company • Office, remote, or hybrid work model with flexible hours • Competitive compensation based on experience and skill set • Opportunity to directly impact a globally recognized product • Collaborative culture that values ownership, initiative, and transparency • Occasional team meetups in Belgium for workshops and activities
