🔷 Должностные обязанности:
- Cloud technical support of incidents and maintaince on public cloud
- Keep the communication channel with our patners, recommend new solutions of our clouds (technical part)
- Understand customer requirements for cloud services, align them with the business plans of end customers, and explore continuous operation opportunities
🔷 Требования:
- Experience in cloud service support and maintenance
- Knowledge of public cloud services and cloud migration solutions, as well as basic knowledge of cloud products from leading cloud solution providers in the industry
- Experience in post-sales technical support of cloud solutions or leading cloud solution providers in IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
- Experience in operations and technical maintenance, cloud migration, cloud IT solution architecture design or consulting for large enterprises or internet applications
- Proficiency in English and Russian is required
