I’m Tatyana, a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. For the past five years I’ve been at Hire5, a recruitment agency that helps B2B SaaS and AI startups in the US, Canada and Europe hire talent from around the world. I started out in communications and partnerships, then built the company’s sourcing from scratch, and for the last year I’ve been running full-cycle hiring. I’ve recruited engineers, data specialists, sales, marketing and RevOps people, from junior to Head level. My favorite part is finding great people who aren’t actively looking.

Now I’m looking for a team I can help grow: building hiring from the inside, shaping the employer brand and making the company a place people want to join.
