I lead complex business directions where product, people, commercial goals and execution work as one system. My experience spans Haier, Candy and Bosch across home appliances and automotive aftermarket: launches, relaunches, factory coordination, operational fixes, team management and crisis recovery.

At Haier, I launched the Vacuum Cleaner category from scratch and developed it to the No.5 market position. At Bosch, I managed the spark plugs category and helped bring starters and alternators out of crisis.

Hands-on, structured and ownership-driven, I have managed teams up to 15 people and currently lead a 7-person team. I turn unclear situations into priorities, executable plans and measurable market results.

I also apply AI and LLMs to close system gaps, improve speed and quality, strengthen processes and embed technology into daily workflows.
