Currently, as Deputy Head of HR Department, I support one of the company’s largest international projects in the UAE, combining operational HR expertise with process improvement, team development and business support.

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with international clients, business leaders and multicultural teams, managing complex recruitment and workforce challenges and improving HR processes to support business needs.
